The purpose of Transition Stroud’s SkillsGain Working Group is to increase Stroud District's resilience to climate change and peak oil. This to be achieved through:

• a programme of engagement events with Stroud residents
• publicising current local relevant learning opportunities
• offering additional relevant individual and group learning opportunities that increase the communities resilience to climate change
